Yes. We support project-based customization and can review architectural drawings, shop drawings, window schedules, and technical specifications. Our team can assist with product selection, dimension confirmation, glass configuration, hardware, and bill of materials before production.

Available options include clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, tempered, laminated, insulated, and safety glass. Double glazing, laminated insulating glass, warm-edge spacers, and argon-filled units can be supplied when required. The final configuration should be selected according to safety, thermal, acoustic, wind-load, and local code requirements.

Standard products typically require about 15-25 days, while customized project orders commonly require about 25-35 days after drawings, specifications, deposit, and finish samples are approved. Actual lead time depends on product type, quantity, material availability, testing requirements, and production schedule.

Certification and testing requirements vary by product, project, and destination market. We will confirm the applicable product configuration, available reports, and certification options before the order is placed.

Depending on the product, we can customize dimensions, opening styles, profiles, wood species or finishes, UPVC systems, glass type, frame color, hardware, screens, locks, thermal-break configuration, drainage, and curtain wall details. Customization is confirmed through approved drawings and specifications.

MOQ depends on the product category, profile or finish, glass configuration, and level of customization. Trial orders and samples may be available for selected products. Send us your product list and quantities so we can confirm the practical MOQ for your project.

Materials are selected according to the approved specification and may include aluminum profiles, UPVC profiles, engineered or solid wood components, tempered or laminated glass, sealants, gaskets, and branded hardware. Available brands and grades vary by system, budget, and target-market requirements and will be listed in the quotation or material schedule.

Quality control covers incoming materials, dimensions, machining, assembly, surface finish, glass and hardware installation, operation, appearance, and packing. Project orders are checked against approved drawings and specifications before shipment. Inspection records, photos, or third-party inspection can be arranged when agreed in advance.

Packing is designed according to product type and shipping method and may include protective film, corner guards, foam, cartons, wooden cases, or steel racks. We can coordinate sea freight, air freight, or international courier delivery and provide packing lists and loading information. Freight terms and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation.

Common payment methods include T/T bank transfer and, for eligible orders, L/C. A typical arrangement is a deposit before production with the balance paid before shipment, but the exact percentage and terms depend on the order value, product type, and contract.

Samples, color swatches, profile sections, glass samples, and hardware samples may be available depending on the product. Sample and courier costs are normally paid by the buyer and may be credited against a later order when agreed in writing.

Warranty coverage depends on the product, material, hardware, glass, finish, and operating conditions. The applicable warranty period and exclusions will be stated in the quotation or contract. For a confirmed quality issue, our team will review photos, videos, order records, and installation conditions, then provide technical guidance, replacement parts, or another agreed solution.
