1. What is your main product?
Rutao supplies aluminium doors and Windows, aluminium/glass blinds, aluminium fences and hurricane-resistant doors and Windows.
2. How can I get my price from you?
Based on buyer’s specific requirement, pls provide below info to help us quote for you.
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type of glass and thickness (single/double/laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
3. What is your payment terms?

4. What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
5. What is your delivery time?
The production cycle for standard products is typically 15-25 days, while customized products require 25-35 days. Specific delivery time depends on order quantity, product complexity, and production schedule. We will provide accurate delivery dates after order confirmation.
6. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a windows and doors manufacturing factory located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, with our own production facilities and professional team. We directly manufacture aluminum windows and doors products, not as a middleman, allowing us to offer more competitive prices and quality assurance to global customers.
7. What international certifications do your products have?
Our windows and doors products are certified with ISO Quality Management System and national 3C certification. We can also provide CE certification, NFRC certification, and other international standard certifications according to customer requirements, ensuring products meet building standards in different countries and regions.
8. Do you support customized production?
Yes, we specialize in customized windows and doors solutions. Customers can freely choose the size, material, color, glass type, and hardware fittings. We will provide professional design solutions and BOM lists according to your specific requirements.
9. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product type and customization level. Standard products typically have lower MOQ requirements, while customized products have corresponding specifications. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ and detailed quotations.
10. What brands of raw materials do you use?
We use high-quality aluminum profiles, branded glass sheets (such as well-known brands like Xinyi and CSG), and internationally recognized hardware fittings. All raw materials undergo strict selection to ensure product durability and performance.
11. How do you ensure product quality?
We have established a full-process quality management system, from raw material inspection and production process monitoring to finished product testing. Every stage has strict quality standards. Each window and door has quality traceability records to ensure products meet national and international standards.
12. What after-sales service and warranty do you provide?
We provide a comprehensive after-sales service system with a product warranty period typically ranging from 5-10 years (depending on product type). If quality issues such as glass fogging or hardware damage occur, we will promptly provide solutions. Warranty terms will be clearly stated in the contract.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various international payment methods, including T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and others. Typical payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Specific payment methods can be negotiated based on order amount and customer credit.
14. Do you provide samples? How are shipping costs calculated?
We can provide product samples for customers to evaluate quality. Sample fees and international shipping costs are borne by the customer. If a large order is placed subsequently, the sample fee can be deducted from the order amount. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and sample weight.
